Final deadlines are below; however, talks will be accepted on a semi-rolling basis and the total number of talks will be limited.
ZZZZ31 December (23:59 UTC): Abstract submission deadline for equal consideration. Later submissions will be reviewed at the organizers’ discretion.
ZZZZ3 January: Final decision for on-time abstracts.
ZZZZ17 January: Submission deadline for talk recordings.
Conference
ZZZZ23 January: Release of pre-recorded talks to conference participants and opening of asynchronous discussion space.
ZZZZ27 January: Welcome event.
ZZZZ28 January: First formally scheduled live discussion sessions and official start of the conference.
ZZZZ31 January: Last official conference day.
